The Signature Property’s provides file reviews and LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 HUD projects. Our team will answer your questions by conducting a file review on your behalf on-site or at our offices. It’s your decision!
This service provides a review of household files to determine that units are being qualified in accordance with IRS/HUD Federal regulations. Signature Property’s does a thorough check of an agreed upon number of units for each property and makes recommendations according to findings.
Each review includes:

A unit by unit detailed spreadsheet- 2 formats available or we customize
to your standards. -
General recommendations to improve performance along with an
exit interview with staff to review findings.
