Determining eligibility is a significant challenge.  If you, like many other companies, prefer to manage your own portfolio but don't want the challenge of determining eligibility,  this service will provides the owner with a second tier of approval for each application.  

The Signature Property’s is happy to be your second set of eyes BEFORE the move-in.  Our compliance team reviews each application, makes sure that all documentation is in place and that all calculations are accurate prior to the household moving in prior to the recertification date.  Our team works with your properties so you can feel confident that your credits are protected.  We can customize your contract to cover initial 1st year files only, all move-ins, or both move-ins and recertifications.
